The EmmData tools and applications allow for a wide variety of data sources. The most common data sources are:

• Medical claims
• Rx Claims
• Eligibility

Other sources that can be included if available are:

• HRA results
• Lab results
• Medical management result and event data
• EMR Data

The goal of identification is to match patients to targeted well defined interventions that are likely to improve the lives of the patients while controlling costs.
